This dress has summer written all over it. I love how it’s nicely fitted around the bust and hips then flares out on the bottom. A nice off-the-shoulder look that gives it a very tasteful and feminine vibe. In my opinion, an off-the-shoulder is the new “sexy”. Best of all, its effortless. You can dress it up or dress it down and still look classy and fabulous.
