My husband, few of our favorite people and I took a quick trip to one of our beloved gems in the Caribbean.
Warm waters, lush palm trees and fresh seafood has us coming back every year.
As a lover of fashion and style, here’s what I recently wore in The Bahamas.
As usual, we flew private and for me style and comfort is the key.
I wore a racer bodysuit paired with barrel jeans and kitten heel mules.
I don’t know for everyone else but I tend to get cold easily and this strip sweater comes in handy.

We arrived just in time to go to dinner.
Dinner at Saie (The Olive) is always a treat and a great vibe.
Wore the same bodysuit and a cute mini skirt.
This mini skirt is actually one of my favorite due to its unique style.
Paired it with black heels and a cute mini bag.

Day two, I wore this one piece swimsuit to lounge in.
I love the gold details and cutout on the front.
By the way, it’s available in other colors.
Paired it with a coverup, flats, hat and cute sunglasses.

For dinner that evening, I wore this beautiful sweater dress.
It has faux fur on the shoulders and cuff.
However, it runs slightly small. I usually wear a small but I sized up a medium.
Paired it with closed toe heels and a bedazzled clutch bag.

Day three, was another beautiful day (well at least in the morning) to lounge around by the water.
I found these hemmicks along the beach and decided it was a great location to create content and people watch.
This two piece swimsuit is sold as separates however, they’re under $50 each.
I love the gold pleated flower detail on the top and the bottom is a mid rise.
Paired it with a hat, coverup bottom and stylish sunglasses.

As the day progressed, the weather started to deteriorate.
The weather didn’t call for rain (well at least on my weather app) but it rained most of the afternoon and into the night.
We made slight changes to our dinner venue and I decided to wear something more casual.
As you know, I can’t get over barrel jeans this season and tonight was the best night to wear them.
I paired it with a loose fit stripe sweater and kitten heel mules.

On day four, the rain clouds cleared up over night making it a picture perfect day.
Wore this gorgeous maxi dress which can also be worn to parties and outdoor weddings.
It features side pockets, partially lined and zipper closure on the back.

However, it is a bit snug at the bust and waist.
I’ll most likely get it tailored once I get home for a more comfortable fit.

Later in the day, I changed into this two piece set.
Love this set so much, I literally pack it on most warm tropical vacation getaways.
The shorts have side pockets and an elastic waistband.
The top has ruffle details at the hem and thin shoulder straps.

My dinner outfit, I wore another two piece outfit.
However, it’s sold as separates.
I admire the bold gold pleated buttons on the front.
Shapes into a nice cutout on the front.
Both the top and mini skirt have zipper closures on the back.
Great for date night and evening parties.

Goodbyes are not always fun however, I was also looking forward to going home.
My airport outfit consists of this wool and cashmere cardigan which comes to great use if it’s a little chilly on the planes.
Paired it with white shorts and comfortable ballet flats.
