Have you ever had one of those days where you’re all dressed up, hair and makeup on point, only to go outside and it’s pouring down rain? Well that was the story of my life yesterday.
Camera fully charged, snapped on my favorite “pancake lens”, motivated and excited as I got ready to snap pictures for my next blog post. Just as I got in the car to head to one of my favorite locations to shoot…BAM! The rain reared its ugly head. As determined as I am to get things done, I wasn’t going to let a little rain storm spoil my outfit. I quickly changed gears and decided to go along with my scheduled plan. Although, I didn’t have my rain boots on but I made it work with what I had. Thank goodness I always have an umbrella handy.
Overall, everyday is not going to be sunshine and butterflies. Work with whatever life throws at you. Even though it’s not perfect but if you want it bad enough, you’ll make it happen. Now, what’s your excuse?
