Out of the Comfort Zone

Ever wake up in the morning and not in the mood to glam up for the day? Well that was my situation. I love to take my time to wand curl my hair, make sure my makeup is okay and pick out the perfect outfit of the day. This morning was a different story. Low on sleep and energy, I wasn’t in the mood for “glamming up”. I didn’t curl my hair to perfection, nor did I put a full face of makeup on other than my favorite Ruby Woo lipstick. Since I didn’t have to fuss with any complicated outfits, this denim jumper saved the day. Easy to put on and very comfortable. I would usually wear a nice pair of heels or perhaps a stylish pair of sneakers; but that wasn’t the case. Instead, I paired it with ankle boots. Yes, I have broken the routine. I’m not a big fan of ankle boots and they were sitting in the back of the closet not getting any attention. I gave it a try anyway. Covered my uncurled hair with a hat, added some accessories and there, I had an easy outfit to go run those annoying day-to-day errands.

 

 

 

 

Overall, it’s always great in the comfort zone but it’s even better when you change things up. By the way, it gets boring after awhile with the same style.
